The property is centrally located in downtown Windhoek and there is pedestrian access to two shopping malls, the Zoo Park, restaurants, and the historical museum. The rooftop was a beautiful place to watch the sunset and relax. The room was incredibly comfortable - some of the best hotel pillows I can remember sleeping on. The food in the restaurant was very good with plenty of options. When my flight was cancelled, the hotel staff went above and beyond for me to make sure I was accommodated on short notice in a comfortable room at a great price. The staff was warm, courteous, and helpful. What a great place to enjoy a drink at sunset, sleep a restful night in a quiet room, and enjoy a delicious meal.

The location of the hotel was very good for me. It is central to most services that l needed. Thanks a lot to Caroline, Alta, Magdalena, and all the other staff members that l have forgotten their names, especially the lady who was doing room service.

I booked a very well priced package of Room / Dinner / Breakfast. It was an absolute joy. The rooftop pool and bar/restaurant are great. The Airport pick up service was great and well priced. Enjoyable all-round.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Friendly and helpful reception. Plenty of lifts. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The breakfast of hot and cold was good. Had an evening meal on the top floor and found the menu was limited, probably should have eaten in the main restaurant near the Casino.
